You, as a data subject, have the right to enquire if your personal information is held by the Operator, request access to your personal information, request a copy of your information and, if incorrect, request correction or deletion of your data. The Operator has the right to charge a fee for the service.
Data Request Process
The process of requesting your data, the related timeframes and fees and necessary forms are available in the FaceCamAlert POPIA Manual available on the website under the heading “HOW TO REQUEST ACCESS TO A RECORD”. Please complete the relevant form & send it via the Data Request form.

R200 per request, payable before request is processed. You will be issued with an invoice once we’ve received your request.
